“I got the Io 5 a couple of weeks ago. With a full charge I only get about 15 minutes of brushing time before the app indicates I should recharge the battery, is this normal with this product or should the charge last longer?”

That does not sound normal — I would contact Oral B customer support. I usually put my tooth brush on charger every 3 or 4 days.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I forgot my charger on a trip and it lasted a week and a half, using it twice a day. I think the charge should definitely last longer, especially if it’s new.
