“Does this come with some sort of cover for the brush head? I do not like the thought of leaving it out in open for all kinds of dirt, bacteria, germs and whatever else is floating around in the bathroom to come in contact with my toothbrush.”

There is no cover for the iO7, when on its charging stand. Only the case for traveling.
