I just bought a Oral B Pro 1000. plugged it in an the green indicator light is not on? It does not have a charge. Do I need to return it? This is the 2nd one I have bought and it has the same problem as the first null

my Oral B 1000 has a white flashing light while charging, but after it's fully charged the light will go out. Hope this helps.

You should let it charge over night before using.

I’m having the same issue! Sorry to say but many are too (google reviews). Its just a cheaply made product and I won’t ever be purchasing OralB anything again.

Does your 0lug actually work? Try plugging the tooth brush charger in at another location.
