“When you press guide, you get all channels, even the ones not in your package. Would like to know how to configure remote so that you can get the favorite channels when pressing the guide button. Thank you.”

Go to Settings, then Advanced, then Favorites. Choose your favorite channels then hit Save. When you go to guide on your remote hit the FAV button on your remote then all your favorites will come ip.
