“The ad at Best Buy had many channels shown for the Orby satellite. This was the reason I bought TV/DVR. Checked Orby on line for channels, it said "may get 36 channels." Many channels were not familiar. I feel misled by the ad. Can you explain?”

Very happy with my service, We might have more than three time the local channels that we previously had with our fiber service provider. Right on the orby cardboard box they state. “ Reception may vary by location . “ We feel mislead by our previous company for charging us for local stations and providing only a fraction of what’s being broadcast.
