Each DVR has two tuners. You are allowed up to 4 total receivers or DVRs. Each DVR can connect to one TV. You could theoretically have multiple DVRs in the same room connected to different inputs on one TV, or even each to a separate TV, but the problem would be trying to control each one individually, as the remotes and remote codes are identical.
