• A:Answer Distance from the broadcast tower or towers is a large factor in receiving local channels, not cities per say. The satelite signal portion will work in a rural setting equally as well as the suburbs or big cities. We are almost 40 miles from a large cluster of biadcast towers and get considerably more local station than what were delivered by our two previous pay tv companies.

Q: QuestionAre the channels on orby tv in high-definition?

• A:Answer If you look at their channel lineup page on their website the channel that are HD will have an "HD" next to it. About half of the channels are HD, most of the ones you would WANT in HD are in HD, frankly I couldn't care less if CSPAN is in SD or HD
