If you need the code:
If you purchased the game in store, the code should be generated on the receipt. If not then bring it back in store and request for a code to be generated. Show the original receipt. The side of the box will say that the digital code will be on the receipt.
If you purchased online, (like I have) then you must contact customer support, explain the situation, have the order number ready. They will give you a different number to call for promo codes (don't ask why they call it that, just go with it). And then call them with the order number ready, and a reference number if you kept it. They will generate a code for you and send it via email.
I got my code within a couple of hours but it can take upto 3 days. A bit of leg work but they can generate the code.
