How do i get the code it is not on my recipt? null

You will have to call customer support and get them to generate the code for you. (Hoping you did this already)

If you need the code: If you purchased the game in store, the code should be generated on the receipt. If not then bring it back in store and request for a code to be generated. Show the original receipt. The side of the box will say that the digital code will be on the receipt. If you purchased online, (like I have) then you must contact customer support, explain the situation, have the order number ready. They will give you a different number to call for promo codes (don't ask why they call it that, just go with it). And then call them with the order number ready, and a reference number if you kept it. They will generate a code for you and send it via email. I got my code within a couple of hours but it can take upto 3 days. A bit of leg work but they can generate the code.

Take it back to thecstore and tell them that they owe you a digital code that was not on the receipt. They may becable to rering it to get the code. Ask for the manager because the cashiers don't know how to help at all.

We had no luck! We had no game code on ours

You call the best buy hotline and they give you the runaround untill they tell you they dont have a code or you get the wrong code thats what happened to us

Yeah Was not on mine either. You'll need to get with someone at BestBuy customer service to help you. Makes me wonder if the person ringing them in didn't do something. I still have not gotten with them as it's on the Game Pass.
