• My counter top is made of a quartz and this toaster oven did not leave any burn marks after using.

• Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. Some countertop and table surfaces are not designed to withstand the prolonged heat generated by certain appliances. We recommend placing a hot pad or trivet under your countertop oven to prevent possible damage to the surface. Do not set the heated unit on a finished wood table.
