“How much space should there be from the top of this toaster oven and the bottom of a cabinet that is right above the toaster? I don't want the heat from the top of the oven to damage my cabinet.”

We're happy to help! We recommend at least 6" of empty space between the oven and any other items all around it.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The toaster oven is approx 11 inches high. I bought a small cart to put it on. How much space to cabinet would depend on whether the space is open or not on the sides. I would want at least a foot of clearance before considering putting it under a cabinet. Another factor would be how long you will run it. Just toast takes 5 minutes and puts off less heat than cooking for 1/2 hour. Top does get hot.
