there are many design flaws with this air fryer. The knobs are placed directly over the open oven door. Steam from the oven gets on the knobs and makes them slippery. The knobs are smooth and should have been made with something with more of a grip. I've had this oven for over a year and learned to deal with this annoyance because it cooks great.
