A:Answer Absolutely. I use it to cook 12" frozen pizzas all the time! I leave the included baking sheet in the lower position and the rack with the pizza in the upper position. This keeps the bottom of the oven clean, but it takes a little longer to cook. However, because the Oster oven heats up so quickly, the total time from start to finish is actually faster than cooking the same kind of pizza in my built-on oven. Another plus using this thing to cook frozen pizza is you turn it on by setting the timer, and when it turns off it also cools quickly, so I have yet to burn a pizza! Finally, also because if the "automatic" timer, you can't forget to turn the oven off.
