Due to the variations in thickness and size of the foods being cooked some experimentation may be required for the best cooking results. For chicken, the cooking time (Mins) - 25, Fries- 21 (Mins), Fish- 18 (Mins). Please check our website for the manual and see the basic settings, cooking time, cooking temperature and temp range for your basic needs. Hope this helps.

The Oster Nonstick XL 5 Quart Digital Air Fryer has Dehydrate Defaults: Cooking temperature (degrees Fahrenheit) is 160, cooking time (minutes) is 4 hours, and dehydrate temperature range: Temp (°F) 80 to 160. Take note that the Dehydrate mode takes 2-24 hours and the other modes take 0-60 minutes. We hope this helps.
