The non-stick coating used with bread maker pans is not made of ptfe. The coating is called CCC coating which contains Dalkin Coating and Shin Tek coating. We hope this information is useful. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, has coating. I make a lot of dough for rolls and it comes out good. It will leave very little dough in pan, but just wait till it dries than wipe out with paper towel.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it has a coating that looks like the usual teflon hard to define what coating is actually made of like many pots and pans. However, used properly the pan should stay good for a long time. Also that bread pan is easy to replace if necessary.
