Can you use this to make 100% Whole Wheat bread? null

There is a whole grain choice on this machine. However, this is not an Artisan' machine. It is not programmed to offer the longer rising time needed for those specialty breads. A work-around would be to 'hand make' the speciaty bread giving the dough enough rest time then using the machine as a baker by manually doing the up down arrows for the bake time. The machine has a 'warm' feature which allows bread to stay in pan up to 60 mintes after the baking.
