A:AnswerNO, it is not quiet st all. Its a juicer, and powerful one! There are other juicers that are quieter but will be slower and not as thorough when it comes to juicing veggies.
A:AnswerYes but it takes a while. I have ordered two a month ago from Ereplacementparts. Look up the part on the manufacturer website to get the part number. Then you can order it from the parts distributor listed above. It may take up to a month for it to be fully processed and ship to your door.
