QuestionI bought this blender after my 25 yrs old Cusinart died. But this blender does not have a locking mechanism when attaching the glass pitcher to the base. I slip the blender in place but I cannot seem to slide it under 2 glass nubs so its quite wobbly.

- Answer It's possible the surface it's on is not flat or one of the feet on the bottom need to be adjusted.

- Answer The directions are good: see sketch on directions for Oster - Place jar assembly onto base. Line up tabs of jar with tabs on blender base. MAKE sure the tab of the jar on the Left side is in the back of the tab of the blender base. AND the tab of the jar on the right side is IN Front of the tab on the blender base
