“Is the blender glass or plastic?? Based on others comments it appears some refer to it as glass but others plastic?”

• That is totally false I just purchased this blender thinking it would come with a glass carafe and it didn't!! Bestbuy or Oster really need to clarify this, because I am planning on return it. Plastic carafes deteriorate really fast!!
