Q: QuestionThe Oster blenders I have had for years all fit the regular-mouth mason jar. Does this one have the same fit? I've used many different models of Oster blenders (thrift store and estate sale finds) for years. Please confirm that this one will accept them.

• A:Answer NO, that response is from Oster is very wrong. Their footprint figures would make the thing HUGE! This blender is 6" W x 6 3/4" D x 15" H. It weighs a bit under 6 lbs; 5 lbs 15 ozs. Over a pound less than their reply said. Oster, get out a tape and a scale and actually measure it!
