“I had bought a device s9 and with that i bought outter box alpha glass to protect device screen but i am facing problem while typing. I need to press forcefully then only it works. I think it is not good. I feel very bad.and i think i have wasted my money”

• You have to increase the sensitivity on your phone. Go to settings and hit advanced features. Turn the touch sensitivity to on. This will increase the sensitivity of your screen.

• You have to adjust the pressure of your finger through the settings app

• You've probably figured this out, or bought a new phone since then; but, there's a setting under 'Display' to adjust the Touch Sensitivity. I turned that on and haven't had any problems. Hope that helps!
