I love my OtterBox Commuter case, but I think that the Alpha Glass Screen protector is lacking something. I installed it, meticulously cleaning the phone and following the directions to the letter, but as soon as I finished the installation, I could see dust particles underneath. Nothing could be done so I just dealt with it. Then over the next 8 months or so, two cracks showed up on the upper right and lower right corners, despite the fact that I had never dropped the phone. I took OtterBox up on the offer of a free replacement, which I really appreciate, and once again, despite meticulously cleaning the phone and being in a very clean space for the installation, dust has gotten under the glass in the weeks since I installed the replacement. It does not seem to have sealed around all the edges to prevent dust from getting under. So it's a little frustrating, but I don't think the Alpha Glass is one of their better products. Love the case though!

I figured since this is an otterbox product it was going to be the best in its class. I was completely wrong, it lived up to its product title for two weeks until I dropped my phone and the screen protector came off. Lucky, the protector was facing up and it was easy to place back. The week after my phone fell again, and not from a high distance, it was from my lap and again the screen protector fell. I had to deal with some dust and particles it had picked up from the ground. Until it happened again soon after that. I got tired and used the warranty to get it replaced. I thought maybe I just placed it wrong thr first time or it was defective. When receiving the same new screen protector I placed it on carefully just how I did the first time. But, the exact same thing happened again and choose to dispose the product instead since it collected hair from my dog on the ground.

I bought two of these for new Samsung Galaxy S9 phones. They were pretty easy to put on. They definitely protect the screen. However, the first time my husband's bumped something, it shattered. Mine has a scratch on it, but I'm not sure from what.

screen came with lots of small black fibers stuck to the edge of the screen, that need to be picked off before you can stick it to the screen. This ends up ruining some of the adhesive on the edges, which is where this thing will peel and pop off eventually. I predict it won't last 1 year.

Good screen protector, only sticky on edges so have issues with buttons at times since glass isn't touching screen.

Foggy, doesnt stay on securely, doesn't register touch

Thankfully I bought two of these right off the bat!! The first one lasted less than a week; I put it on and unfortunately I went to stand up, phone slipped and fell about 2.5 feet. The phone was fine, in fact so was the screen protector but the entire screen protector popped off. Like the glue holding it onto the phone wasn't strong enough to keep it attached to the phone. It wouldn't stick back on after this so I had to throw it out. The second screen protector has now been on for a couple months and it seems to be doing okay but one of the corners cracked after just a few days while in my pocket which was disappointing. I think if I would've paid full price for these I would be more upset but I got them at a discounted rate and am grateful just to have something protecting my screen. I am definitely in the market for a better alternative to this specific screen protector but I haven't quite found it yet!!

Unfortunately I m quite clumsy with my phone and looked for a highly protective screen protector. This screen is perfect for me. Sensitivity of touch screen needs to be adjusted with this protector. After the adjustment made it works perfectly.

The Otter cover does a number of things. First, it protects the phone against scratches. Secondly, the thinness allows a person to click the screen with confidence that the action registers as clicked. And lastly, the cover cleans easily for a clear view of the phone screen.

Does the job for protecting the screen but blocks front camera makes picture blurry when video calling

Took quite a few drops before finally cracking. Though when it did crack i hadnt dropped it recently and then the crack just spread and got worse.

Broke In the first 7 days,would not buy it again or recommend it.

I purchased this Glass Screen protector right after I got my Galaxy S9 . I have had it for over a year and the screen protector works and feels just like it did when I put it on over a year ago, I've dropped my phone a few times and my screen and screen protector stayed intact.

Love it, super easy to install and fits my phone great

This is the second as the first did its job well. I dropped the phone and as luck would have it right on the edge of a concrete surface. The screen protector took the hit and cracked leaving the phone screen unscratched. Great investment as it saved me having to repair the phone screen.

Bought in March, big hairline crack running across the screen protector in May. This phone stays on my desk, on my nightstand, or in the Otterbox belt clip...no reason for it to crack this early on! Poor quality.

wasn't sure what to expect as I've never used a glass screen protector before, but so far so good. I've had it on for about 5 months now. the only issue which was easy to resolve was I had to put the touch screen sensitivity on high.
