Best buy price match is great! This was my second Alpha Glass Screen Protector as this item is not the best but ok to buy again when Best Buy offers price match!

Since the Samsung Galaxy s9 has curved sides this screen protector doesn't stay on when the phone is dropped. I had more than one put on and none of them stayed on.

This screen protector save my phone from breaking. The only bad thing is that is not that sticky once it falls out of your screen it will just keep falling.

My husband has had this glass on his phone for 8 months now and it looks good as new. He works in a rough, dirty environment, so I am impressed with how well it has held up.

First of all let me start by saying that I loved otter box I had the case on my s5 for years never ever had a problem with it so when I decided to finally upgrade to the Samsung s9 I purchased the otterbox for my new Samsung 9 phone I had no problems installing the glass on my phone but it's very, very hard to key or swipe anything on the phone sometimes no problem but 95% you will almost break your finger trying to open something on your phone ex.... if you want to check messages you have to tap very very hard to open it not once but several times not sure if this is the best protection for phone if it is this much trouble using your phone even when making calls. with that said I wish that otter box would at least use the material that they did for the s5 not sure why they don't just make the case like they did for the s5 I know they say it;s because of the edge on the phone but I'm looking at it and not sure why they cant the glass shield covers the phone all the way to the case so not sure why they don't just extend it to lock into place with the case like the old ones did but that is just my opinion ...So Buyers Beware

I came on to leave a disappointing review, until I read the prior review and saw that OtterBox responded with a fix. I have always been happy with OtterBox but received this screen protector and was unable to text without pressing very hard on every letter in a text message. Easy fix was to update the touch sensitivity in your settings. Here I thought I wasted my money. I made the change in my settings and now it works great. This is a nice sturdy screen protector, I would highly recommend. OtterBox, you may want to find a way to let folks know about this it sure will save some disappointing reviews.

First let me say that I (used to) love Otterbox and have always used them. My S5 case lasted for years. Issue #1 - I had to purchase this screen protector separately because they don't come with the cases anymore,...and they cost just as much! So now you're paying double the price!! Issue #2 - I put my protector on and two days later, a small scratch appeared. That scratch turned into a crack across the whole width of the protector within two more days. I am VERY CAREFUL with my phone. There are no scratches on my old screen protector that I had for many years,...so this o e scratches VERY EASILY. Unfortunately, I didn't put it on right away so I'm passed the time when I can return it to Best Buy. It's under warranty with Otterbox, but that's not free because you have to pay the shipping! It's not a lot,...but it's just not fair since it only lasted 2 days!! I think I'll look for another brand...

My wife and I both have Samsung Galaxy S9's with the Otterbox Pursuit case and Alpha Glass. The Alpha Glass is horrible. The first time I dropped my phone the Alpha Glass popped right off the phone and landed a foot away. Luckily my phone landed on it's back and not the screen or else I'm certain the screen would have been destroyed. The same thing happened the first time my wife dropped her phone as well, and the Alpha Glass itself cracked. Buyer beware! Please heed the bad reviews on this product. Even though Otterbox may honor their warranty and blame the problem on improper installation, it's not worth it. I installed the glass properly, and wouldn't put another Alpha Glass on my phone if they offered me one. It's a poor design, plain and simple. I'll be looking for an alternative product asap!

I alway purchase outerbox products for years, however, this was a waste of money and very disappointing. Have trouble answering calls even after adjusting screen sensitivity. It is also very dirty and it is impossible to get ride off white marks or sports that sticks to the glass.

Dont buy this product I paid so much for this and it just broke without me dropping the phone....I was texting and pressed on the screen and it cracked ....this is suppose to be super break resistant as advertised

I have been buying otterboxes for years. Bought alpha glass in March and have had constant issues with it popping off after installing it properly and now its cracking
