“Does this not work with iphone 11 ? I cant figure out how my phone is suppose to stay on thee mount”

Your iPhone 11 does not have Magsafe. This mount only works on iPhones with Magsafe with is the iPhone 12 and 13 families.

There are other options to make ur iPhone MagSafe buy adding a magnetic ring around.it kinda works the same as from the factory iPhone that has it but it does work kinda the same
