Does this work with the otter box case? null

most otter box cases weaken the magnetic strength

If it’s an OtterBox mag safe case yes if not I’m not sure Best Buy could probably answer that

Not all otterBox cases , it has to be a otterBox Mag safe case ... i believe other companies make mag safe cases in order for the phone to stick to the mount ..

If the Otterbox case has MagSafe, then yes. If it does not, then no.

It will work with a otter box case as long as it has MagSafe on the case .. very easy to find out is just take ur case off and look in the inside of the case and if you see a white ring then u have MagSafe
