• Apparently like many U.S. companies Otterbox has been having their products made in other countries as well as in the USA. My Otterbox Commuter was made in China but I have seen pictures in reviews, ads and descriptions that have the USA, Mexico or China imprint.

• The fre cases are made in china, the nuud cases in Taiwan and the battery cases in Mexico, you are basically paying $150 for the warranty, the case costs pennies, but keep in mind all Lifeproof battery cases are discontinued, the warranty is void, they will send you a $69 case in place when the case buttons wear off in 2 months
