• You have to put the rubber piece on the phone first and then the hard plastic piece.

• Lower the case into the bottom of the sleeve then place the hard outer case on from the bottom up .

• First, put on the flexible rubber part, then snap the hard plastic case onto it. It does take some effort.

• it's a two piece case you must separate put on the rubber then the plastic
