A:Answer I don't know why the price difference, but can only assume it is not exactly the same as others. Otter Box cases are designed to protect the front of the phone from hitting any surface, so I don't see the need for a screen cover. In my experience (this is my 5th iPhone) the screen cover interferes with the usability of the touch screen.
I highly recommend this case, and purchased a color that was not my favorite in order to get a bit of a discount.
