A:AnswerJIn order to take the rubber part off you open it from the little part that’s covering where you insert your charger. I’m order to take the hard shell casing if you look on the back there’s going to be triangles/arrows showing you where you can either use you fingernails or any object that will not break the case and gently lift the front of the case forward whic will give you access to removing it.
