“Can parts of the case, such as the front shell be ordered for replacement? Or do we only have the option to buy a whole new one.”

Seems like it should be under warranty. I’ve never had an issue with OtterBox before. I own 6 apple device and I use otter box on all. I have also utilized OtterBox in the past with my older models
