• It does; the hard plastic is 2 pieces that snap together. After that the rubber case is placed around the plastic.

• Yes. It also comes with external shield stand cover. So it’s really 4 pieces : hard plastic shell for the back, hard plastic shell screen protector, thick silicone casing, and shield stand cover.
