QuestionIs the case made with silicone or latex rubber? Is it made in China? I am allergic to natural latex rubber so if it is made in China, it probably contains latex.

- Answer Some of the cases are made in China, US and Mexico. Some materials that are used to make up the cases are silicone, butyl rubber, and polycarbonate. I also recommend searching google as well if you want more information. Hope this helps.

- Answer as far as what was at my local best buy, none of the otter box cases they had fit. I purchased an ipad mini 4 for my daughter for Christmas so decided to get an otter box to go with it. the sales person said the otter box that says ipad mini 1, 2 and 3 will fit an ipad mini 4...... IT DOES NOT. returned it, got an off brand ( but an awesome one ) instead.

- Answer Ask one of the customer specialists to actually retrieve a case and have them make sure it fits. We had to bring back our Otter Case because it was not the right size. We later had the customer specialist make sure the new case would fit.
