• Yes. It comes with it's own screen protector. But you can leave your existing one on if you want to.

• The case comes with a built in screen protector. Some thin screen protectors will fit under the screen protector that comes with the case, but if you want the stick on glass screen protector you may need to remove the plastic screen protector that comes with the case

• I leave my screen protector on the phone and remove the plastic front that comes on the Otter Box. 2nd Box I've owned and this worked fine for my iPhone 5 and now for my iPhone 6s. The 5 got swamped in a canoe and came out dry as a bone.

• You can use your screen protector with it. The Defender case has a built in screen cover but my phone came with the glass screen shield. I just put the Otterbox over it and it has been fine.

• Has a glass cover but you should be able to have another screen protector underneath it. (Did this with 5s version no problem.) Just make sure screen protector surface is clean and backside of otterbox screen protector is clean. But if you are buying a new phone, just skip having a screen protector applied and use the otterbox with built in screen protector. Money NOT spent on screen protector makes the otterbox a deal.

• You can use a glass cover, but you'll need to rip out the plastic one that's built into the case. I've done this for several years.
