“I recently purchase an ottebox for my I phone plus 6 and what warranty does Otterbox provide when the I phone glass is damage and Otterbox did not protect it. The glass was shattered into pieces. Please advice?”

It does not cover the screen they sell a separate glass scatter screen protector

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Ouch! Unfortunately, otterbox has a 1-year limited warranty. If they found their case at their fault then they will reimburse you. But if they don't find their product was at fault, then that sucks for you. Hopefully you kept the receipt as proof of purchase. Then fill out the warranty form on their website. If you can't locate your receipt, then they won't do anything. You can't provide any roof you purchased it.
