“I can’t get my Samsung S8+ wireless charging to work when the 2nd layer (soft rubber) case of my Otterbox Defender is on. I when I take it off, wireless charging works. Any hints/tricks on how to get it to charge with the Defender case on? Thanks!”

You need a legit Samsung qi charger any off brand wont penetrate the case.i tested it with the latest model in stores and can tell you the off brand u bought for $5 doesnt compare to the $25 Samsung brand.

When I use my wireless charger, I just turn the phone around. If you put the actual screen to the charger you shouldn't have any issues.
