it would be easy to do so, and I have considered it. i ride with my phone mounted on my bike on dirt roads, so thought i would keep the covers for dust protection. they are a little in the way when using the ports.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You should be able to cut them off. They are rubber so it should be fairly simple to remove them.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you drive a Ram equipped with a charger in the center console, you will have to cut off the port cover on your Otterbox Defender case. Phone will not charge with that cover attached. But, there is this option...just remove the case!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You could if you really wanted to, but they are there to keep those ports clean and to keep foreign objects out of them. All up to you though.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I suppose you could cut them off, but why would you? It would compromise protecting those ports. I know they are hard to open when you first get your case, but mine are becoming easier to open and still protect the ports when closed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Why, they help keep dust out and are easy to use.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can although the covers keeps out dust and moisture.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can. I don't understand why you would want to, but it shouldn't affect the structural integrity of the case.
