• Yes it does. I also just bought the otter box defender for my S9+, wireless works fine. In fact best buy sells a combo kit with the otter box, screen protector and wireless charger.

• It does but takes forever. Doesn't do a fast charge and you have to make sure it stays connected. Bumps off easy.

• My wife's Galaxy S9+ has difficulty charging on our Samsung wireless charging pad when the otterbox case is on the phone. For us the wireless charging rarely works with the otterbox case on.
