A:AnswerPull off the shell, then you unclip the little clips around the phone's sides. Some can be a little hard to pull off but I haven't broken any so far.

I can grip it firmly and tug on it and it won’t fall out of my hand at all! It feels great, especially When I’m done using it. I just simply put it away and know it’s safe.
A:AnswerI purchased one on Amazon that isn’t Otterbox and it doesn’t bubble at all with the Defender case on it. I did apply the screen protector AFTER putting the phone into the case, which made a difference as my first screen protector did bubble because I applied the screen protector BEFORE the case. Not sure if that means anything, but for me that’s what worked.
