If you go to the Otterbox website and go to the Warranty section, you can file a warranty claim and they send you a brand new phone case exactly iasthe one you have for 12.99 + tax You’ll just have to take a picture of what is broken and send that in also. I’ve been doing this for over 10 years. Otterbox really does stand by their products.
