I bought one for my GF and it works just fine with no problems. I have a iPhone X and had to do the same thing. Never had any problems.

The edges were a pain because the case makes them pull up a little bit, but it still works fine and i like my screen having an extra layer of protection. I bought them on Ebay, and the page had a video on how to put it on and everything.

He advised me to be careful not to remove the thin clear covering because that is the protector and is to remain on the phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the S10 Samsung phone and bought the screen protector from my carrier and installed it on the phone prior to putting in the Otterbox. I've had three Otterbox products for the various phones over the years and never bought a screen protector for the outside of the Otterbox screen since I didn't feel a need to do so. Not sure if this answered your question but wanted to share what has worked for me with this product.

I took mine off and have not found another one that works with it. I have tried 2 . I am going to install the Gadget Guard Liquid screen protection with $250.00 screen replacement insurance. I already had to replace my screen!! UAG and the screen protector that came installed did not protect it when I fell and the phone when flying on the road.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The S10 comes with a screen protector on it already. You can put a stronger protector on it but you'd need to remove the original one first so it doesn't interfere with the screen sensitivity.
