A:Answerhello, yes the case has silicone wrapped around all the sides and a silicone & plastic bumper in the front. Just a little bit of silicone on the back sides. The back though is hard plastic. The inside is still silicone with a magsafe metal ring that goes between the phone and the case. In my opinion it is awesome case but it is slightly larger than the Commuter case. I was actually going to trade it for a different case but the reason why i kept it is because of the plastic bumper on the camera.
