• I use mine all the time while in the Defender case with Samsung Pay. I've have no problems. I was also able to use NFC to transfer photos from one phone to another while it was in the Defender case.

• I have not been able to make this feature work and would love to find out if anyone has. The charging door for the Otter Box is pretty easy to use compared to earlier models however.
