“Does the screen protector in this cover keeps the edge sections of the screen sensitive?”

Yes it does. But sometimes it's hard to get to. You have to press a couple times to get it to work right.

The screen cover curves like the screen. It does not interfere with the functionality of the touch screen

No you have to really press it a certain way especially near the bottom and top. Read my review by Boricua2kred

yes it does every edge of the phone is sensitive to the touch.
