A:Answer Sorry, I beg to differ with the earlier poster: It IS stiff, but it does in fact rotate. The clip also locks in the open position to allow the holster to be used as a stand. A great rugged case, if a little bulky. The clip does have a tendency to snap off, which is why I'm visiting this page today, to order a replacement holster.
