“The input point for the "socket" on my case lost a side piece. Can I replace the part on the case where the socket "screws" in or do I have to replace the whole case? Socket part no longer stays attached.”

All otter box cell phone cases come with life time Warranties . You pay for shipping . I would sit in your case back otherwise I don’t know how to fix the problem . Thnx
