• The ultra and the regular do not fit the same phone case. The 2 phones are different sizes in general. The package has to say ultra to fit the ultra. And an ultra case won't fit a regular.

• I have the Uktra an it fix just fine. When I read the description it said it fits both so I can't answer the question about the regular Note20.
