“In store, why I purchased this case, was because the sale kid said it comes with lifetime warranty. If my phone breaks, & this otter case doesn't protect it, otter will replace my phone. How do I register?”

Our product warranty actually does not cover any damage to your device, but if you find that your case breaks in any way, give us a ring at 1-855-688-7269 and we would be happy to get you a replacement! There is no need to register your case in order for the product warranty to be in place. If you have any other questions, give us a ring at the number provided above!
