Top and bottom yes. But at the sides, not really. I haven't drop test this new case yet

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The side lips are slightly above the bezel and the top and bottom lip extend more above the bezel. This is similar to the previous case and smartphone situation I had. I didn't have any issues with cracking the phone screen. I can see situations that the case would not protect the screen such as a rough or rocky surface.
