Based on Capture Clip-On LED Ring Lamp, the breakdown of the lumen is as follows... 108 lumens @ 2700 Kelvin temperature, 6.6 watts 195 lumens @ 4000 Kelvin temperature, 11.5 watts 106 lumens @ 5000 Kelvin temperature, 6.2 watts Hope this helps.
