• Thanks for your inquiry. Regarding Ottlite's Natural Daylight LED Flex Floor lamp it has a touch switch which does allow the brightness of the LEDs to be adjusted lowest to highest or anywhere in between, as well as the lamp has a memory function, in which once the lamp is being used in a specific brightness setting the lamp will remember the last brightness setting the lamp was used and return to that same brightness setting last used.
